Today’s workout is “heavy” on the squats (pun intended). It will be a quick short build for the first set of five back squats then you’ll increase the weight each round as the reps drop and decrease the weight on the back side of the pyramid as the reps go up.
Part B will be quick and dirty. Push the pace on this sprint style workout and catch your breath once you’re done!
