E3M – 5 (15 min)
10 Dbl. Kettlebell Walking Lunges & 8-10 Strict KB Press.
In a three minute window, perform both movements. The weights SHOULD be heavier for the walking lunges than the press. If you’re sharing weights, start on opposite movements then switch.
B.
“Ruckus”
Buy-in 400m Run
Then Three rounds of
20 Wall Balls 14/20#
20 KB Box Step Overs
25 KBS (shoulder height) 35/50#
Cash-out 400m Run
This workout has a buy in and cash out 400m run. These runs DO NOT need to be done at the end of every round. After your 400m run perform 20 walk balls then 20 KB Box Step Overs 16/20″ +/- while using the same weight kettlebell for your swings. After three rounds of these three movements, finish with a 400m run.
