Saturday 8-28-2021 Workout Of the Day

A. 100 floor or bench press @95/135# *
*every break perform:
5 strict pullups
10 KBS @35/50#
15 air squats

B. For time:
30 burpee pullups

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be a grind- if you can’t do RX that is okay; choose a weight that you can do about 10 reps with. Every time you need to put the bar down, you do 5 strict pullups, 10 swings and 15 air squats. Continue until you complete 100 reps of floor press.

Part B is a short metcon. You want set a pace and maintain that pace for the entire 30 reps. Pick up your pace in the last 6-8 reps if possible. If you can’t do pullups, do 30 burpees and then 30 pullups for time.
