Today we have a little deadlift pull up action in part A. Find a challenging deadlift and option for five challenging pull ups. Build through or add weight to your pull ups if possible.
Part B. Is acid bath. This workout will require a good warmup / primer before you hit it. This is a gas pedal workout and we’ll need to hit it in heats for larger classes. If you have some additional time at the end of class, use it for skill work or rolling out but you’re probably not going to want to do anything after your bath…
