A. 15 min circuit
8/leg single leg DL
2 sled push
20 jumping lunges
B. 3:00 on/1:30 off x 4 @35/50#

6 dbl DB thrusters

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a lower body focused circuit. Load the single leg DL’s with dumbbells or kettlebells, either single or double. The sled push should be challenging and heavy- you shouldn’t be able to sprint with it. Jumping lunges are just body weight and should be straight through.
Use 2 DB’s for Part B. Try to get through the dumbbell movements in a few sets- you may want to do each movement unbroken, resting twice. If you can-go from the S2OH into the thrusters without breaking for efficiency. Whatever time remains, you will max out calories on a machine of your choice. Be consistent across all 4 rounds.
