We have a little 21-15-9 couplet with a finisher of 32/45 Kcal Ski. Your set of 21 should be done in 1-3 Sets, your set of 15 in 1-2 sets and your round of nine unbroken. Once you complete all of your deadlifts and burpees finish with one set of 32 kcal on the ski for the ladies and 45 for the guys. Don’t forget to “Hit Send”.
