B.
5 RFT

12 Alternating DB Scnatches 35/50#~
8 C2B Pull Ups
6 Ring Dips
4/5 Kcal ECHO

Part A. is a little strict strength work. Add weight if possible or make the movements as challenging as you can.

Part B. is an AMRAP so you can throw that strict stuff out the window and kip the #ell out of it. Push the pace and move quickly. DB snatches should be done unbroken.
