20 KBS 30-50# / 50-70#

20 Ft. Single bell OH Walking lunge 30-50# / 50-70#

70 Double Unders / 100 Single Unders

Use the same weight for the KBS and the OH walking lunges. Your first ten OH walking lunges should have the KB locked out in one arm and your second ten should be in the other.

DO NOT DROP THE BELLS!!! Anytime you drop a kettlebell or an empty barbell a basket of kittens dies…
