Friday 9-17-2021 Workout Of the Day

As far as possible in 40 mins…
1 mile run
100 BB front rack lunges @65/95#
50 pullups
100 OH KBS @35/50#
50 burpees
1 mile run

Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s WOD is a long one! Chip away at those reps, resting when you need. You will aim to get as far as possible in 40 minutes. If running is very challenging for you, there is an option to lessen the distance and/or run in 300m increments around the building. If you have time on the clock for the second run, get it done, otherwise aim to get through as many burpees as you can and finish the workout there.
