Sarah Johnston- If you look up the word AGGRESSIVE in the dictionary, you’ll see a picture of her under it 🙂 Sarah can usually be found at the 9:30 am class making the WOD look easy.  After class, she can be found accessorizing with dumbbells, kettlebells and hair scrunchies.  Sarah is one of the hardest working people I know in and out of the gym. She applies herself to work on her weaknesses, never taking a short cut but putting in the time and celebrating when it pays off. She is an amazing mother of two beautiful girls and everyone who can call her friend is blessed.
Owning her own business, Hair by Sarah, she is truly talented at her craft. Next time you notice a great hair cut or colour at the gym ask who did it for them and most often the response will be Sarah.
Sarah has been styling hair for 16 years. When Sarah became a mom 9 years ago she transitioned from working in a salon to welcoming clients into her warm and inviting home salon. Her home is conveniently located in North Kildonan and schedule of availability is flexible (except for 9:30-10:30 gym time Services range from cuts and colours to styling for a special event.
