With the chill in the air, today is a great day do do some California dreamin. There are two parts to today’s workout. Perform the required reps of each movement before banging out as many calories as you can on the ECHO bike and the ski erg. Wall balls and KBS should be done in 1-2 sets with your chosen weight body weight movements should be quick and consistent along with measurable and repeatable.
