10 hang squat cleans

Workout Notes/Intentions: Barbell weight for this workout should be the same for all 3 parts. Choose a weight that is light and doable unbroken for most sets. This will be done with a running clock. Each portion is 5 rounds of 2 different movements. Once you complete 5 rounds, you get 3 minutes of rest. You may time your own 3 minutes of rest, or the coach will keep track depending on class size. This will be discussed before the workout begins. Note your final finish time.
