*1 minute rest between every round.

Happy Monday everyone! Today we have a “fun” team of three partner workout. Find your team and dial in your rotation on your exercise on whos working, holding and resting. Each segment will be six minutes in duration so maximize your work, transition and rest with your teammates to achieve the maximum number of reps and calories in each segment.
