Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s WOD is going to be with a running clock. There are three parts; each are 5 rounds, with 2 minutes of rest following the 5 rounds. The DU’s should take about 30-45 seconds; devils press will be longer. For the devil’s press, choose a moderate weight that you can move through for 10 reps consistently- they don’t have to be fast. Wallballs should be unbroken, pace the burpees. Choose a different than usual machine just to mix it up. Try to do the lunges in 1-2 sets.
