Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout will be done with a running clock. There are 3 sections, each with 2 minutes rest separating them. The rounds increase as the rep numbers decrease in this workout. Cals will be 20 for all athletes today. Single DB hang C&J can be switched whenever you wish. Pace the burpees. Wallballs should be doable in 1-2 sets, box jumps just consistently move and KBS should be overhead and unbroken if possible. The single DB devils press is 10 total (5 per side) alternating. The single DB squat cleans are from the floor and are 5 per side, switch when you want. Note your final finish time. Coaches may cap it based on time left in the class.
