Workout Notes/Intentions: Todays WOD is another long one, with lots of variety in movements! DB snatch are alternating, single arm. The DB deadlifts are double bell. The first and last portion are just one time through, the middle part is 5 rounds. Wallballs and deadlifts should be done in 1-2 sets each round. If you want to scale the reps to 12 to allow you to get further in the workout then you can. Aim to go unbroken on the last set of dumbbell snatches and give a hard effort on your final cals. Clock will be capped at 38 minutes, so aim to get that work done sub 38!
