Front Squats 6-8 Reps

30 – 20 – 10
Hang Power Cleans 65/95#
Lateral Burpees (no push up)

*10 Push Ups anytime you put the bar down

Workout Notes:

Part A. can be done with a BB, KB or DB and should challenge you for the last couple reps each set.

Part B. This should be a quick moving workout with fast cleans and consistent burpees over the bar. Pace the first couple rounds and light up the last one 🙂
