Workout Notes/Intentions: Welcome to another Monday Mashup! You will use the same set of 2 dumbbells for this entire workout. Each section is 3 rounds. Choose a dumbbell weight that allows you to get your 10’s done in 1-2 sets. For the devil’s press, just keep grinding away at them. C&J’s are from the ground for those that can, as are the squat cleans. You may use the same machine for all three portions, or you can wipe it down and switch during your rest portion for variety!
