Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout will be done with a running clock once again. The cals, swings and burpees are just one round. Pace the cals, and try to get through the swings in as few sets as possible. For burpees, try to move consistently, until the last 10-12 or so and then pick up your pace. You get 3 minutes of rest after, so finish the burpees with some speed and intensity. The middle section is done with the same KB as the swings. You just need one bell. 20 reps of both movements will be 10 reps per side. You may break up the reps however you choose. The last portion is very similar to the beginning, but in reverse order. Finish out the cals with a hard sprint.
