Workout Notes: Part A will be done from the floor. You will do one power clean to get the bar to the front rack position, and then perform 5 push press. Build to a challenging weight, but do not turn your reps into push jerks. Repeat 7 sets every 2 minutes.

For Part B, choose a heavier than typical weight, as the reps are small. Try to do the S2OH unbroken. Stay consistent and increase your pace in the last few minutes.
