Workout Notes: For Part A, build to a heavy set of 6 deadlifts prior to starting your working sets. Add weight for the strict chinups if possible. Sub strict HSPU for heavy double bell strict press or a pike pushup variation.
For Part B, HSPU should be kipping. Sub a double bell push press or pike pushups. Deadlift weight should allow you to do sets of 10. As the reps decrease, pace should increase.
