Workout Notes: Build to a challenging weight for 5 touch and go deadlifts for Part A. You will do 5 deadlifts and 5 strict handstand push-ups in a 2:30 window, and rest for the remaining time. Repeat for 6 sets.

Part B is 3 minutes of work, 1:30 rest for 4 sets. Reps are meant to be small and unbroken. Have your equipment close together for fast transitions. Pickup where you leave off each set. Record your scores as you go, for a total of 4.
