Workout Notes/Intentions: Today we are working to build our aerobic capacity. Half the class will do A first, and half will start on B. The rest between A and B will be used to wipe down rowers/bikes/wallballs and swap equipment. For A, KBS will be overhead for those that can. and should be unbroken. Wallballs should be 1-2 sets. Pace the burpees and row. Goal is 4+ rounds. For B, pullups should be 1-2 sets. Steady pace box jumps with a step down. KB snatch should be unbroken (6/side). You will use the same KB for Part A and B. Goal is 4-5+ rounds.
