100 dbl KB C&J @35/50#
1 mile partner run
100 dbl KB front squats
20 sled push @180/270# (there + back – 2 lengths)
100 HSPU/pike pushups/pushups
100 single KB OH lunges
100 T2B/C2B combo (1 T2B + 1 C2B = 1 rep)
100 dbl KB rows (from the ground)

Workout Notes: You will work with a partner to get every item on this task list done. You can choose any order, but you must do ALL reps of the movement before moving on. One person works while one rests. Have a wonderful long weekend!
