Workout Notes: Part A is building on last week. If you were here Tuesday for sets of 5 deadlifts, the goal is to go heavier than last week, while still maintaining proper mechanics. Add weight to the ring dips if possible. Keep them strict.
Part B is essentially 3 rounds, rest 2 minutes, repeat. Deadlifts should be doable unbroken, but a moderately challenging weight. Try to stay unbroken with most of the movements. Record your final finish time.
