Workout Notes: We have 2 15 minute AMRAP’s today, with 5 minutes rest between. Barbell weight is light and should allow you to do the thrusters in 1-2 sets, and the back squat jumps unbroken ideally. Move steady and consistent and try to work most of the 15 minutes.
