1 mile run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 air squats
1 mile run

Workout Notes: Today we are doing the benchmark/hero WOD, “Murph”. For those that have never done this workout, we have many scaling options. The workout starts and finishes with a 1 mile run. Between the two runs you will complete 100 pullups, 200 pushups and 300 air squats. The coach will go over various options for scaling, including partnering up or going in teams of 3. You may also opt to partition the reps and do 10 rounds of 10 pullups, 20 pushups, 30 air squats, or 20 rounds of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats. It is a long one; whichever option you choose, pace yourself and have fun!
