Happy Labour Day Weekend Everyone!!!

Today’s workout is a well known Hero WOD in honour of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy
Hero WOD’s are dedicated to fallen soldiers who have died in battle. Every time we complete a Hero WOD, it’s a way to remember that soldier.

We have a two different options for completing today’s workout as it is fairly high volume.

a. Complete the workout as a soloist in the way the workout is programmed.
b. Complete the workout with a partner and share the reps to help cut the volume down the will be together for the first and last mile.

It is recommended that newer members to Starke or members who are not used to the high volume partner up for this workout.
