A. E 90s x 10 rounds
1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean + 1 jerk
B. 10 min AMRAP*
*EMOM 4 box jumps + 8 KBS @40/60#
Workout Notes/Intentions: For A, you will build to a moderate weight and then perform all 10 sets as a class using a timer. You can sit down and rest between sets. You can also build as you progress and get more comfortable, confident and warmed up.
For Part B, you will likely want to do quick singles. Every minute on the minute, starting at 0:00, you will perform 4 box jumps and 8 KBS. KBS should be overhead for those that are able. You will go back to the barbell once you’ve completed those 12 reps. The workout finishes with C&J’s; you do not need to do an 11th round of box jumps and swings when the final buzzer goes. Your score for this workout is totla C&J in 10 minutes.
