Skill work: Ring dips; strict or kipping

A. 12 mins (not for reps)

4 strict pullups
3 ring dips
2 lengths farmers carry

B. Death by KBS & Pushups
EMOM til failure (cap 15 mins)
5 KBS @40/60# + 10/8 pushups

*add 1 KBS each round, pushups stay at 10/8
*go until no longer completing reps OR until 15 mins, whichever occurs first
