E4M – 5 (20 Min)

3 Front Squats + 5 Weighted Chin-Ups + 7 DB Push Ups

In a four minute window perform the above three movements. Pick challenging weights and methods. DB push ups will allow for more depth on your push ups so the bigger you go, the deeper you go.

B.

AMRAP – 12
3 Devils Press
4 Shuttle Runs (rig to wall x 4 lengths)
8 C2B Pull Ups

2 DB’s
RX: 35/50#
Intermediate: 30/40#
Beginner: 20/30# +/-

Starting at the south wall perform your 3 Devils press 4 shuttle runs then hit your pull ups before getting back to your DB’s for your second round. Pull ups should be done in 1-2 sets.
