GYM NEWS:

We sincerely hope that you had a wonderful holiday season surrounded (but not too closely) by friends and family! Now that all the holiday food and drink is behind us, it’s time to get back into a routine and we are here for you!

We want to keep our doors open so that we can all continue to train indoors without masks. However, with the rapid spread of the Omicron variant, we do want to remind members to please stay home if you are not feeling well.

Fortunately for some, the symptoms are mild and pass within a few days, so you can get back to crushing classes.

For more information from Manitoba Health click here: https://www.manitoba.ca/covid19/fundamentals/

Please also be sure to regularly check the class calendar as should one of our coaches fall ill, we may be required to cancel some of our classes if we are not able to find coverage. We will do our best for this not to happen!

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Stay healthy, stay strong and see you in class!
