Today’s workout is a 15 minute strength piece followed by 15 minutes of conditioning. And Part A. you’ll have a chance to build to and work on your movement and mechanics on three strength movements.

Part B will be a non stop 15 minutes of work with some weighted step ups, DB clean & jerks and 6 shuttle runs across the length of the gym. Pace yourself accordingly so you can keep moving!
