Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is an Olympic lifting strength piece. You will be doing 5 cleans, touch and go. The goal is to not drop the bar. They can be power or squat cleans, or a combination of both. Rest between sets- you will need it! Build as you go.

Part B should be high intensity. You likely won’t feel super rested after your 1 minute rest, but the goal is to be consistent with reps for the entirety. Perform 8 TNG power cleans, then 10 bar facing burpees before getting onto your machine and riding out the remaining time for max cals. Score each round is cals. Track scores for all 6 rounds.
