A. E2:00 x 7 sets
1 clean pull + 1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean + 1 jerk
B. 12 min ladder
front squats @85/115#
Workout Notes/Intentions: The class will build for Part A before beginning working sets. Aim to get to a challenging weight for the day, possibly building a bit throughout the sets as well.
For Part B, try to go unbroken on the front squats for as long as you can. Keep the row moderate or use it to recover as the sets get larger. Reps go up by 3 each round. Bikes can be used if rowers are taken.
