Today’s Workout

A.
Build to your heaviest touch & go deadlift for three reps.

*In 20 minutes members will have time to build to their heaviest three touch & go deadlifts.

B.
In teams of three for time…

“Athena”
1 Mile Run
100 HSPU or Push Press @ 65/95#
200 Front Squats @ 85/115#
300 Pull-Ups or Ring Rows
1 Mile Run

Athena is the ancient Greek goddess of wisdom, craft, and strategic war. She is also the patron goddess of the city of Athens and the protector of all heroes. She is the daughter and first-born child of Zeus. Athena is also the favorite child of Zeus, being allowed to carry his Aegis, or armor, into battle.

This workout will require teammates to start and finish together. Just like Athena being the goddess of wisdom and strategic war, teams will be required to work together seamlessly chipping away at repetitions one person working at a time to complete all reps. The runs should be started and finished together and the clock stops when all three teammates return from the final run. Wear your favourite weight vest for added “FUN”

*PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING SOME INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SHOES ESPECIALLY IF IT’S RAINING. TRANSITION TO RUNNING SHOES CAN BE MADE RIGHT INSIDE THE GARAGE DOOR. WE WOULD LIKE TO KEEP OUTDOOR SHOES OFF THE TURF WHEN ITS RAINING…
