Today’s workout is just about moving. For all eight exercises you’ll be working for 30 seconds and resting for 30 seconds. Count your total number of calories and repetitions of all exercises for a score each round. For example: If I do 12 cal on the ski erg when I start counting my push-ups my next trip will be 13. Keep counting upward for all your calories and exercises rather than trying to add them together at the end. There is a one minute break for round nine of this workout.
