Snatch Complex
1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 OHS
Perform the above complex without putting down the bar. If you’re limited with your overhead squat depth stick with power positions. If an overhead position isn’t good for you at all, perform the clean version of the complex.

Today’s workout is a quick workout with a full send cash-out. You should be able to do a minimum of 11 hang power snatches with your chosen weight with one break in the round of 22, one break in the round of 16 and straight through on the round of 10. Virtual hugs will be given if you can complete the workout without putting the bar down 😉
