Monday 10-18-2021 Workout Of the Day

A. E 2:00 x 8 sets
1 power clean +
1 hang squat clean +
1 squat clean

B. For Time:
squat cleans @65/95#
bar facing burpees

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a clean complex. The first and third cleans are from the ground, the middle rep is from the hang. Try to hang on to the bar for all 3 reps without dropping it. Sit and rest between sets. Build over the 8 sets to a challenging weight. 

Part B is a descending ladder consisting of 3 movements, beginning at 10 reps. Barbell weight is light so you can cycle your reps; you could be able to do the 10 reps in 1-2 sets. By the round of 6 you should be going unbroken. Squat cleans are from the ground for those that are able. Pick up the intensity as your reps decrease.
