Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a snatch complex. You will perform one set every 90 seconds for a total of 8 sets. You can build as you go. Snatches can be power or squat.

Weight for part B should allow you to get through the barbell movements in about 2 sets. If you are going to break before the OH squats, do 7 hang power snatches, then rest. When you get back to the bar you will start with your eighth hang power snatch and then go into the squats. T2B can be subbed for hanging leg raises, toes to rings or dragon flags. Time cap is 15 minutes to get through 8 rounds.
