Build to a heavy three front squats for the day then perform four more sets. (25 Min time Cap)

B.  6 Min AMRAP

40 Double Unders

10 Ring Rips

 

Fitness:

A. 5 x 3 Back Squats

Build to a heavy three back squats for the day then perform four more sets. (25 Min time Cap)

B.  6 Min AMRAP

40 Double Unders or 40 single skips

10 Hand Release Push Ups (HRPU)
