E2:30 – 7 (17.5 min)
5 BB Strict Press (from the rack) and 5 Strict Pull Ups (C2B, weighted, banded, BB)
B.
5 RFT
“Whipper Snapper”
50 Double Unders 100 Single Unders
10 HSPU (yes you can kip them) or DB/KB Push Press
15 KBS (should height) RX:35/50# Int:30/40# Beg:25/35# +/-
Five rounds of fun. Perform handstand push up or push press that you can complete in one set. This should be a quick and non stop workout. Double unders should be done in under 90 seconds max but ideally under a minute if possible. If you r handstand push-ups aren’t consistent, have a set of DB’s nearby so you can attempt HSPU then finish with DB’s if needed.
