A. E 1:30 x 8 sets

1 squat clean +
1 jerk

B. Against a 12:00 clock…
21 power cleans @65/95#
21 front squats
21 pullups
15 power cleans @95/135#
15 front squats
15 pullups
9 power cleans @125/185#
9 front squats
9 pullups
max bar facing burpees in time remaining 

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be done together as a class. Build prior to beginning your working sets but also aim to build through your sets. Cleans are from the floor if possible. Jerk can be push or split jerk. Rest between sets.

Part B is against a 12 minute clock. The rep scheme is 21-15-9, but barbell weight increases every set for the cleans/squats as the reps decrease. Even if you are not going RX, you must add weight for each set. Have the weights predetermined prior to starting the workout. Whatever time is left, you will do bar facing burpees. Score is total burpees.
