2 Thrusters (1 squat clean + 2 thrusters)

On a two minute clock build to your heaviest squat clean + two thrusters. If going overhead is a limitation, perform one squat clean + two front squats.

Intermediate: 55/75#

Today’s workout should be a consistent one. Pick a weight you can do your set of 21 and 15 thrusters in 1-2 sets and unbroken on your set of 9. Burpees should be consistent along with your DU’s. You shouldn’t be spending more than 90 seconds on your DU’s so modify reps as needed but make them consistent for each round.
