Monday 11-15-2021 Workout Of the Day

A. 5 sets
5 push press
5 strict pullups

B. 15 min ladder @65/95#
hang squat cleans
burpee box jumps @20/24″

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be from the floor, so you will need to clean the bar for your push press sets. Weight should be challenging for 5 reps. Rest as needed between movements and rounds.

Part B is a 15 minute ladder. Reps start at 3 reps, and increase by 3 each round. Weight should be light, to allow for unbroken through at least the set of 9’s. Smooth and steady on the burpee box jumps, try to keep moving as the sets get bigger.
