100′ Loaded carry

*For this workout athletes should choose a challenging weight for the 100′ loaded carry. There should not be any break during the loaded carry. Athletes should be on the loaded carry within 60 seconds seconds of getting off the rower and be back on the rower within 30 seconds of putting the weights down.

Have the monitor set to Pace / 500m and try to maintain a consistent pace throughout all ten sets with the later rounds being faster by 1+ seconds per round.
