0:30 rest
1:00 DB hang snatch
0:30 rest
1:00 DB front squats or goblet squats
0:30 rest
1:00 single OH DB lunge
0:30 rest

Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout will be about pacing and building up some aerobic capacity. You do not get extra rest at the end of each round; it’s 30 seconds or rest after each minute of work. You will need to be conservative with your intensity so you can maintain effort for the entire 6 rounds. DB can be subbed for a KB. If you have neither DB’s nor KB’s you can use a BB. Alternate the lunges, and switch arms as you feel you need to. The goal is to be able to move for the full minute of work, so choose your weight accordingly. Cals can be any type of cardio machine, stairs, running, or skipping.
