Workout Notes/Intentions: This workout is essentially 5 x 4 min AMRAPs. Each AMRAP you must buy-in with 21 or 18 cals, which should take around 1 minute, give or take. The remaining time in the 4:00 window is spent on DT, a classic benchmark crossfit WOD. You can use a BB, DB’s, or KB’s. If you only have one, do the movements single sided. Aim for consistent scores each round. Your score is your rounds + reps on DT each AMRAP.
