Part A. is a little bit of strength and skill work. If you have a good front rack position, use a Barbell if not kettlebells are a great alternative. You’ll have time to build to a challenging beginning weight to start your sets. You can continue to build to and through your sets OR maintain a consistent working weight.
Part B. Is a 12 minute AMRAP. Pick a working weight you can perform your 6 jerks with and go directly into your hang power cleans. Pace your ECHO calls so you can get right back to work on your bar.
