10 Overhead or front rack walking lunges (BB, KB or DB)*
8 – 10 Strict Pull Ups

* If an overhead position isn’t a good option for you, perform front rack. Pick a challenging and doable weight.

10 Alternating Front Rack lunges
8 Hang Squat Cleans

Intermediate: 55/75#
Beginner: 45/55# +/-

This workout is in the lighter side and you should be able to go unbroken on your first full round if possible. Use DB’s or Kettlebells if needed if a barbell isn’t a good option for you. Enjoy 🙂
